The terms that govern your use of the NexusHalls venue discovery and enquiry platform.

Welcome to NexusHalls. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website and services. Please read them carefully — by accessing or using NexusHalls, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the NexusHalls website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. About the Service

NexusHalls is a venue discovery and enquiry platform. We help you discover, compare, and enquire about banquet halls, kalyana mandapams, marriage gardens, hotels, resorts, and other celebration venues ("Venues") listed by third-party venue owners and operators ("Vendors") across Tamil Nadu and beyond.

NexusHalls acts solely as an intermediary that connects users with Vendors. We are not a party to any booking, agreement, or transaction between you and a Vendor. Any reservation, contract, payment, or service relating to a Venue is concluded directly between you and the relevant Vendor. NexusHalls does not own, operate, manage, or control any Venue and does not provide event, catering, or hospitality services itself.

3. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries or contact forms.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive enquiries or reviews.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
  • Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Be responsible for verifying Venue details directly with the Vendor before committing to any booking.

You are solely responsible for any activity carried out under your details and for the consequences of any enquiry you submit through the Service.

4. Vendor Listings & Accuracy

Venue listings, including descriptions, photographs, capacities, amenities, availability, and pricing, are provided by Vendors or compiled from information they supply. While we take reasonable steps to present listings clearly, NexusHalls does not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Prices, availability, and Venue features may change without notice and should always be confirmed directly with the Vendor. Any indicative pricing shown (for example, day rent or per-head catering rates) is for reference only and does not constitute a binding offer by NexusHalls or the Vendor.

5. Enquiries & Bookings

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise NexusHalls to share the relevant details with the applicable Vendor so they can respond to you. Submitting an enquiry does not create, reserve, or guarantee a booking, date, slot, or price.

Any actual booking is a separate agreement entered into directly between you and the Vendor, subject to the Vendor's own terms, availability, and confirmation. NexusHalls is not responsible for a Vendor's response time, the accuracy of quotes provided, the conduct of either party, or the fulfilment of any booking.

6. Payments

NexusHalls does not collect booking payments, deposits, or rental fees on behalf of Vendors through the Service. All payments for a Venue are made directly to the Vendor in accordance with the terms you agree with that Vendor.

You are responsible for satisfying yourself as to the legitimacy of any payment request before making a payment. NexusHalls is not liable for any payment disputes, losses, or fraud arising from transactions between you and a Vendor. Never share payment or one-time-password (OTP) details with anyone claiming to act on behalf of NexusHalls.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for any booking are governed by the relevant Vendor's policies and by your agreement with that Vendor. For details on how cancellations and refunds are handled in relation to the platform, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The NexusHalls name, logo, branding, design, text, graphics, and the compilation and arrangement of content on the Service are owned by or licensed to NexusHalls and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Venue photographs and descriptions may remain the property of the respective Vendors.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of the information you need to make an enquiry.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusHalls disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service and the accuracy or reliability of any listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusHalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or in connection with:

  • your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
  • any dealings, bookings, agreements, or disputes between you and a Vendor;
  • the conduct, acts, or omissions of any Vendor or third party;
  • any inaccuracy in a Venue listing or in information supplied by a Vendor; or
  • any payment made to a Vendor.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
